What is RSVP Pro??
We started RSVP Pro in 2007 as an on-line invitation and event management service.
We are committed to making life simple and easy for any event. The site is in
continual development, so if you have any suggestions then please email us at
enquiries@rsvppro.com
What about privacy??
It’s very Simple. We won’t sell, rent, give or trade your details (or your
guests’ details) with anyone, EVER! End of story.
Why do you charge a fee??
We think it’s better to charge our users a small fee than bombard them with
spam, sell their details or clutter our site with pop-ups and ads.
I don’t like any of the templates!?
Sorry - we’re always adding more, but let us know about ones you’d really like to see.
Don’t forget you can customise any of our templates to your own taste, at a small
charge of £2.99.
Can I find out what my guests thought about my event??
YES. Just make sure you send them our feedback form. All they have to do is
complete and then you can view the results in ‘My Planning Centre’.
What do my guests get??
They’ll get an e-mail invitation to your event that tells them all about it.
To reply, they just have to click this icon.
How quickly do my guests get their invitations??
It’s really down to their e-mail system, but we send them instantly from ours.
In most cases, it takes just a few seconds.
How can I upload contacts from a CSV file??
It’s not too difficult; just make sure your CSV file is in the following layout
FIRST NAME, LAST NAME, EMAIL ADDRESS. Make sure you do not have a header (no titles
on line 1), and that every contact is on a new line. See below for an example:
Joe, Bloggs, Joe@Bloggs.com
Caroline, Hicks, Caroline.Hicks@rsvppro.com
And so on...
Alternatively you can also copy and paste your CSV text via our ‘Quick Import’ area
just below the ‘Upload a CSV file’ area.
