One of our customers sent us an amazing idea and so we're working on it! The idea is to allow the host's invited guests, to be able to invite further guests. So if the host isn't sure if their guests have partners or not, then the host can simply allow every one of their guests to invite another guest via the RSVP Pro system. Hope that made sense ;-) We'll let you know once it is ready for release.

Another NEW Version of RSVP Pro Released!
Hi Guys,
We’ve been very busy indeed!
Yep, we've listened to you again and added more features to the site! Instant Email Notifications; now the host can have various types of instant email notifications for when their guests reply. Improved Traffic Light System; this allows the host to easily see how their guests have replied for an event. Personal Template Store; meaning when a host creates a personalised template, it is then automatically saved to their RSVP Pro account, so it can used again and again, at no extra charge!
Please keep the ideas coming as we love implementing them ;-)

NEW Version of RSVP Pro Released!!!
We've done it again and listened to your comments.
We've improved the 'traffic light' system, for the host to see how their guests have replied for an event. Blue meaning that the invite was sent, yellow meaning the invite has been opened but the guest hasn't replied, green as guest confirmed as coming and red as guest is unable to attend.
We're now working on another new version, based on all the suggestions we received from you the customer!

New Release of the RSVP Pro Website
Thanks to the comments from all of our customers a new release of the RSVP Pro webiste will be coming out in September. With this new release will be a new 'traffic light' system, for the host to see how their guests have replied and a couple of bugs fixed! Watch this space to see when it all goes live.

NEW Version of RSVP Pro released!
Today we've released a new improved version of RSVP Pro!
Now the host has the option of allowing their guests to see who has been invited and who is confirmed as attending.
We have introduced a new 'traffic light' system, for the host to more easily see how their guests have responded: Red as not attending, amber as undecided and green as attending.
Finally we have made it so the guests can log back in to see what they selected from any of the optional extras the host may have selected when creating the invites. This way if a guest forgets what present they said they would buy, then they simply need to log back in.
All of these improvements are because of the comments and feedback we have had from you, our customers. Please keep them coming as we do read every email.
